Melissa Happy Valentines day

I feel so much better reading your words of encouragement to our family and especially to our marriage and personal friendship to my husband. I also coresponded to my husband before marriage and he still has those letters. His and mine. My husband was in the United States Air Force. Stationed out west and so i ws living with my big sister Charlie. We had a small chapel wedding and it was very nice. yet, my husband had to be back to the Air Force Base to work the following Monday. So, well I had to stay with my sister for a few more months. We had not found a house things seemed difficult. I just kept working and trying to keep the faith. I stayed in church at Transmountain chapel. Finally we aquired a condo and we were set. However my life had just started with my new husband and I had lot sto learn about being a wife to a United States Air Force Soldier. There is a old saying that "The Life Of An Air Force Wife Is The Hardest One" I have long since seen this disproved. With many in war torn countries suffering from little or no rights. I have become even more thankful than ever to be married to my husband. Yet, Air Force Life is not as others have believed you get nothing free. Your medical Insurance is taken out of your pay each pay period. You pay for your own food and housing, if you get into Militery housing you receive a very large pay cut. Nothing is free in the Air Force. God has brought my husband and I together for a reason. We have been sweethearts for many years. I would be alone and sad with out him. My children love their pop and he has influenced their lives. I can see it takes years to understand each other and to become a usual tool to God. I am glad we have not given up. I have faith in our relationship. Many Blessings Cora
