Toddlers can be picky and finding foods that are healthy and please your little one can be a challenge. Thankfully, these days it’s easier than ever to find healthy foods your child will love.

This adorable little girl is my step-daughter’s 4 year old. Isn’t she cute? She just happened to love these lunch boxes. So you know they are toddler approved!

The thing about packing lunches is that, well if you’re like me, you want to get it done as quick as possible. Especially if you pack them every day. These toddler lunches are quick to prepare and easy for your child to eat.

Lunch Box #1

  • pizza
  • black olives
  • peeled clementine
  • sliced strawberries
  • Sprout Organic Toddler Puree

To prepare this lunch, take a hamburger bun half or an English muffin half, spread a little spaghetti sauce or pizza sauce on top and sprinkle with shredded cheese. Bake in the oven at 350 degrees for about 5 – 10 minutes until cheese has melted.

Peel clementine and separate sections. Open can of olives and drain. Add a handful of olives to lunch box. Slice strawberries. I placed my strawberries in a silicone muffin cup. Pack the Sprout Strawberry, Pear, & Butternut Squash with Amaranth along with your child’s lunch box.

Lunch Box #2

  • hot dog, cut in chunks
  • sliced cheddar cheese, cut in heart shape
  • grapes, halved
  • sliced strawberries
  • Sprout Organic Toddler Snacks

Again, this lunch box is super easy! It takes under five minutes to put all of these items together. I used vegetarian hot dogs. Cut the hot dog in half and then cut into chunks. You want the shape to be irregular to prevent choking.

Use a cookie cutter to cut a heart shape out of a thin slice of cheddar cheese. Cut grapes in half, again the irregular shape helps to prevent choking. Young children can easily choke on round foods and as a mama and grandmama I’m paranoid about those things!

Slice strawberries. Add Sprout Organic Crispy Chews to a silicone muffin cup, or leave in it’s individual packaging. And your done!

Lunch Box #3

  • black bean and cheese quesadilla
  • canned whole kernel corn, drained
  • black olives
  • Sprout Organic Toddler Crispy Chews
  • Sprout Organic Toddler Puree

Quesadillas taste super yummy. All of my kids – and grandkids – love these. And they are so simple to make!

Just spread a little butter or margarine on two tortillas. Place on, buttered side down, in a hot skillet. Add some shredded cheddar cheese and a few black beans, drained and rinsed from a can. Top with the other tortilla, buttered side up. Once the bottom has begun to brown and the cheese is melted, flip and brown the other side.

Remove from skillet and allow the quesadilla to cool. Cut into triangles and place in container.

Add drained corn and olives to lunch box. Then, add Sprout Organic Crispy Chews to a silicone muffin cup or leave in original packaging. Pack the Sprout Organic Toddler Puree: Pumpkin, Black Beans, Yogurt & Spinach Puree along with your lunch box and you’re good to go!
