Spring Cleaning for the Heart and Home: Day 12

Good morning! How is your day going? Do you have fresh flowers adorning your tables? Your kitchen window sill? Your bedroom dresser? Or in the bathroom? If not, you should treat yourself to some fresh picked flowers! Even the most ordinary “weed flower” can look sweet and appealing in a pretty vase or even a Mason jar with a ribbon tied to it!
It’s one of my favorite things about spring time. In my yard we have flowers blooming from March through September. Daffodils, tulips, trillium, peonies, lilies, roses, daisies are just some of the blooms I see everyday. I love to send the girls outside to pick flowers and fill up vases in every room.
Even if you don’t have a yard full of flowers, there is no reason not to have flowers in your house. Whether you pick up an inexpensive bouquet from the grocery store or purchase some of the beautiful silk flowers available these days, flowers add joy to life. Get some!

Good morning! How was your weekend? I have cabbage, broccoli, cauliflower, lettuce, peas, and a variety of herbs growing in my garden so far! They are looking beautiful! Are you growing a garden this year?
So, today we continue evaluating our homes and considering the way we clean in order to be productive. Today we are looking at the living areas of our homes in particular.
