Mornings can be quite hectic around our house. With our busy schedule and early mornings, it can be a struggle to make sure everyone is fed if I don’t have a plan or simple solution in place. However, it’s very important to me that everyone eats breakfast. It’s the most important meal of the day!

If your children are old enough to help themselves to breakfast, setting up a simple “Breakfast Oatmeal Station” is a great way to encourage your kids to eat a delicious and healthy breakfast every morning.

My kids have always loved oatmeal. But not just any oatmeal. They love oatmeal with all of the trimmings.

I set up this Breakfast Oatmeal Station on the Buffet in my dining room as this is where we usually eat. You could just as easily set this up in a corner of your kitchen or in your breakfast nook.

You can leave the Maple Brown Sugar Better Oats Oat Fit Oatmeal in its box or take the packets out and place them on the tray. When the ingredients are not being used, be sure to cover each container with a lid. I added spoons to one of the mason jars. If you use cream, be sure to put it back in the fridge when done!

Oat Fit is the perfect solution for a healthy and convenient breakfast— it’s a great-tasting, satisfying instant oatmeal. I love getting mine at my local Kroger. Yum! The sweet flavor of maple and brown sugar is my favorite and my girls have really enjoyed fixing their own bowls of oatmeal since I set up the Breakfast Oatmeal Station.

Maple Brown Sugar Better Oats Oat Fit Oatmeal is really easy to use, just tear the pouch, pour the instant oatmeal into your microwave safe bowl and measure your water right inside the pouch. Perfect for kids making their own. Be sure to supervise children who are still young. Glass bowls can be very hot right out of the microwave!

Also, you can download a $0.50 coupon from Kroger to use on a box of Better Oats Oat Fit Oatmeal or other Better Oat Hot Oatmeal’s here.
