I’ve been homeschooling since 1998. That’s a long time! Last year I purchased a set of the Easy Lunch Boxes for us to use even though we homeschool. I’ve found them to be very handy and have really enjoyed using them!

Even though we homeschool, packing a lunch in the evening or first thing in the morning helps to create a better flow to the day. It means I don’t have to stop what I’m doing and go cook lunch.
I don’t pack a lunch everyday, but I’m always grateful when I do!
One day a week we spend an entire day at the ice rink so that my daughter Hannah can get her practice time in {since we live 2 1/2 hours away from the ice rink} and I always pack a lunch for us to take with us when we go to the ice rink.
In the summer, I pack lunches in our Easy Lunch Boxes to take with us when we go to the pool two or three times a week.
The Easy Lunch Boxes are also great for packing snacks for the car or any time our family is on the go.
When I pack lunches, it’s typically something easy to put together. I love looking at fun lunches with lots of creative touches. But my reality is that I am BUSY. Like super busy all the time and honestly, most of the time I’m doing good just to pack a lunch for us!
Be sure to check back each week as I add new easy lunch box ideas!
