Triple Chocolate-Mint Cocoa Mix
6 cups nonfat milk powder
1 package (16 oz.) confectioners sugar
2 jars (8 oz. each) Swiss chocolate-flavored non-dairy
1 package (15 oz.) chocolate mix for milk
1 package (7 1/2 oz.) round peppermint candies, finely ground
1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1 teaspoon salt
In a very large bowl, combine milk powder, confectioners sugar, creamer, chocolate mix, ground candies, cocoa, and salt. Store in an airtight container in refrigerator. Give with serving instructions.
Note: You can crush candies in a food processor or with a hammer.

Pour 6 ounces hot water over 3 tablespoons cocoa mix; stir until well blended.
