I have done this in the past… a long time ago. I typically create my menu plan for the week over the weekends so I usually forget to post it here on Monday, but I am going to try and start doing that. I like to plan everything from Breakfast to Lunch, to any baking I need to do, to suppers – 7 days a week. My life is too busy to have to think about what we will be eating three times a day everyday of the week!
S – Baby Artichokes
M– Cereal, Soymilk
T – Pancakes with Strawberries, Oatmeal, Soymilk
W – Strawberry Muffins, Sliced Oranges
TH – Pancakes with Homemade Apple Syrup, Orange Slices,
F– Homemade Biscuits with Homemade Blueberry Jam, Cheesy Eggs, and Veggie Sausage
S – Cereal, Soymilk, Yougurt, Homemade Sweet Sourdough Bread Toast
S – Leftover Stewed Tomatoes and Okra with Cornbread
M – Tossed Salad with Homemade Croutons and Veggies with Dip
T -Tossed Salad and Bake Potato
W – Sandwich with Homemade Sweet Sourdough Bread, Fruit Salad with Yogurt
TH – Baby Artichokes
F – Tossed Salad with Boiled Eggs and Homemade Croutons
S – Potluck at Church
S – Eggrolls and Rice
M -Baby Artichokes (Can you tell we have an abundance of Baby artichokes this week?)
T – Crockpot Black Bean Soup
W – Vegetarian “Taco Meatloaf,” Spanish Rice, Salad with Homemade Mexican Ranch Dressing and Fresh Guacamole
TH – Veggie Hamburgers, Home Fries, Tossed Salad
F – Oatmeal Patties w/ Gravy, Steamed Broccoli and Carrots, Potato Salad, Sliced Homemade Sweet Sourdough Bread
S – Leftovers, Fruit, Popcorn
S – Mix up Sweet Sourdough Bread and set to rise
M – Second Rise and Bake Sweet Sourdough Sandwich Bread
TH – Cranberry Orange Nut Sourdough Bread, Sourdough Blueberry Muffins, English Muffins
F -Prepare Potluck – Pot Pie with Biscuit Topping
