If you love the taste of homemade spaghetti sauce, but don’t have time to stand over a simmering pot? This is the perfect recipe!

Easy Slow Cooker Veggie Spaghetti

Ingredients:

2 large jars/cans Tomatoes
1 large jar/can tomato sauce
1 large can Tomato Paste
1 Zucchini
1 Yellow Squash
1 or 2 Bell peppers
1 onion {not pictured}
2 cups Raw Spinach
Mushrooms {canned or raw}
1 cups Carrots
2 TBS Italian seasoning
1 Tsp Garlic powder
Salt to taste

Directions:

Empty all tomato products in to large crock-pot. Dice carrots, peppers, onion, and zucchini place in crock-pot. Add mushrooms and seasonings. Stir in spinach.

Cook on high for approximately 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours. All veggies should be very tender. Serve over cooked and drained noodles or spaghetti squash.
