Easy Slow Cooker Veggie Spaghetti

Ingredients:
- 2 large jars/cans Tomatoes
- 1 large jar/can tomato sauce
- 1 large can Tomato Paste
- 1 Zucchini
- 1 Yellow Squash
- 1 or 2 Bell peppers
- 1 onion {not pictured}
- 2 cups Raw Spinach
- Mushrooms {canned or raw}
- 1 cups Carrots
- 2 TBS Italian seasoning
- 1 Tsp Garlic powder
- Salt to taste
Directions:
Empty all tomato products in to large crock-pot. Dice carrots, peppers, onion, and zucchini place in crock-pot. Add mushrooms and seasonings. Stir in spinach.
Cook on high for approximately 3-4 hours or low for 6-7 hours. All veggies should be very tender. Serve over cooked and drained noodles or spaghetti squash.
