And what is it saying to your loved ones? 10 Ways to Make Someone You Love Feel Special 1. Give him a heartfelt compliment. 2. Praise him in front of other people. 3. She’s still my example all these years later. My own kids have expressed their appreciation for starting the day with a cheerful word. My mom is a Proverbs 31 woman for sure. Starting the day with a cheerful attitude and smiling at your family definitely makes a huge difference!! Put in the effort if you tend to wake up feeling grumpy.
