Good morning! How are you today? Wow, we’ve had a full weekend! Laura came home for her 21st birthday. We celebrated on Saturday night with a small family birthday party. I made a cake recipe from one of my vintage cookbooks. It was a sponge cake with pineapple frosting and it was really good!
Tomorrow we’re going to Louisville to visit Churchill Downs. It should be a fun day! All of her sisters are coming up from Chattanooga too. She’s my horse girl through and through!
