With Mother’s Day coming in just a few days, I thought it’d be fun to share five gift ideas for mom that I’m certain any mother would enjoy!

Our family is on a tight budget. So, whenever we can save a few dollars, we’re all over it.  My husband discovered Groupon a couple of years ago. Since then, we’ve purchased discounted ice skating passes, restaurant meals, and more.

My favorite recent find was this little Israeli shop and restaurant right near the ice rink we go to each week. Oh my. The food was amazing! And it was one of those places we probably would never have found if it hadn’t been for Groupon. That’s what’s so great about Groupon, too. You can find local deals as well as deals online.

5 Gift Ideas for Mom

So, Mother’s Day is coming up soon!  Not to mention Father’s Day next month! And if you’re looking for a great deal on a great gift, Groupon has a lot of options!

My husband and I have the Groupon app on our iPhones, but did you know they have a website? In fact, they have an entire section dedicated to gift ideas for Mother’s Day.

And ALL moms deserve something special, right?   Here are my personal favorites from the Mother’s Day Campaign:

1. The eGift Card. If you have a mom in your life that you want to gift, but you’re just not sure what to give her, the Groupon eGift Card is the perfect solution. That way she can pick out what she wants. Like a facial. Or flowers. Or a massage. I’ve always wanted a professional massage… Boy, could I use a massage… {Just in case my husband is reading this.}

2. A Massage. See above. If you know a mom {maybe yourself} that you want to treat to something extra special, why not give her the gift of a massage? Moms work hard – and their backs are tired. Like a lot.

3. A Flirty Apron. I personally have quite the collection of aprons. I love aprons. I love what they represent. I love that they protect my clothes. I love the fact that when I wear an apron I just feel like my job as a homemaker is something special, worth while, and purposeful. These flirty aprons are only 12.99 right now! 4. A Local Adventure. So, if you’ve been reading this blog for any length of time, you know how much I love camping, hiking, backpacking, horse back riding, and other outdoor adventures. Did you know you can purchase discounted adventures on Groupon? Since I live in Kentucky, this Zipline Tour at Mammoth Cave would be AWESOME. Or how about an afternoon of some horseback riding?

5. A Personalized Gift. I love the variety and selections for personalized gifts to choose from on Groupon. You can save so much money! For instance, this Instagram Canvas would be right up my alley. I love, love, love Instagram. I use Instagram almost every day and some of my all time photos are on my Instagram account.
