The Proverbs 31 Woman’s Faith
The passage of Proverbs 31 paints a beautiful picture of womanhood, but it might surprise you that it’s not her works that make her virtuous – it’s her faith!
The Proverbs 31 Woman is a woman who loves her savior. He’s the reason she is who she is! And she has the assurance of salvation.
The Bible says, “‘Many women do noble things, but you surpass them all.’ Charm is deceptive, and beauty is fleeting; but a woman who fears the Lord is to be praised. Honor her for all that her hands have done, and let her works bring her praise at the city gate.” Proverbs 31:29-31.
You see, her faith leads her to live with purpose, to seek God’s will for her life! The work of her hands is simply an expression of her faith lived boldly. Jesus said, “So you see, faith by itself isn’t enough. Unless it produces good deeds, it is dead and useless.” James 2:17 NLT.

Daily Prayer and Devotion
If the people of Israel waited too long in the day to gather the Manna from Heaven, it would disappear. So, too, does our blessing from God if we wait until it is convenient to meet Him. There is a special blessing just waiting for you tomorrow morning!
The Proverbs 31 Woman understands how important her relationship with the Creator is. She also knows she can talk to God anytime and about anything!
There is no right way to have your quiet time. In fact, your quiet time might look different right now than it will a year from now. And that’s okay. What’s important is that you start your day with God every day.

Studying the Bible is so important! If we don’t know what God’s Word says, how can we know when we are being deceived? I encourage you to know what you believe, but even more importantly, to know why you believe what you believe.
