Little Habits are simple, very small habits that you can build into your normal routine. So, think about the routines you already have in place. They don’t have to be elaborate routines. They can be as simple as making your bed, getting dressed, and brushing your teeth.

  1. Download the Habit Tracker if you haven’t already and think of a Little Habit you can put into your routine and work on making it a habit!
