Over the course of the next six weeks, we will be working on replacing old habits with new, good habits. This habit tracker is for you to use to track your progress.

It takes 28 days for a habit to form – and I’d say if you’ve had bad habits for many years, even after 28 days it will be very easy to fall back into old habits. But it is possible to change. And even if you have a bad day, don’t be discouraged. Just pick up where you left off.

You can print this habit tracker as often as you need. Just keep making progress. We’re looking for purpose not perfection!

How to Use:

In the PDF download you’ll find two pages. The first has examples filled in and the second page is blank. You’ll see that for each habit there is a place to write the name of the habit with a space to write the time of day {morning, afternoon, or evening – or you could write down the time 6:00 am, 9:00 pm, etc.} and then each habit has 28 boxes to check off for each day you succeed.
