Knitting!

I am so proud of myself. Yesterday, I finished my very first ever knitting project. I knitted a yellow scarf from an extra large skein of cotton yarn I had purchased on clearance sale last year for only $5.00. I have LOTS of this yarn left over.

It is so pretty, I think.

In the past I have primarily crocheted, which I think I will pick up another crochet project here later in the week. I am also thinking that I will make some Christmas gifts with my crochet and knitting needles…
